練腹肌,及肌肉相關問題 - 健身

小弟最近開始在健身我有融合重訓,又有有氧,分散在一星期中1.我想請問我一開始做的腹部訓練,做完隔天腹部都會很痠痛,但是48小時復原後再做,做個兩三輪之後隔天完全不會痛,所以我就有增加組數,增加時間,增加做的類型,但是隔天還是不會痛!!!!!!但每一次當下做完都會肌肉疲勞,而且都會做到快不能動,�
