總覺得身體睡不直,起來後腦會痛 - 健身

不知道從什麼時候開始,總感覺自己睡覺的時候身體不是呈一直線,覺得背腰後沒有完全平躺有時候會感覺自己的下半身和上半身、頭不是呈完美的直線(不知道是不是錯覺)如果把雙腳弓起來感覺會舒服一點(膝蓋離開床面)這要怎麼矯正呢?另外有時候睡覺起來後腦會痛(壓東西壓太久那種感覺)請問平躺時
