如題,小弟剛開始健身,朋友幫買了乳清蛋白粉爬過知識+眾多問答,但是小弟我還是一頭霧水有大大說,重訓後30分鐘內喝,1個小時之後再喝一次又有大大說,重訓前1~2小時喝,重訓完那時消化系統正好把養份送到身體肌肉補充損耗能量請問有經驗的大大,以上兩種說法哪種正確?另外,可以請大大提供小弟時間表,�
