請問各位高手羽毛球要如何增強殺球力道,又不會受傷我前陣子殺球無力,後來靠舉啞鈴的方式,殺球有變比較強,要怎樣才能更強.殺球有何要領?可是舉啞鈴後,現在抽平球手肘很容易受傷,該如何預防.我都有再做暖身運動的
