我是剛學羽球的初新者前幾天和朋友一起打雙打我知道自己的實力很差所以害隊友輸掉,雖然他不說但我知道我很弱(以上廢話-3--我想問問業餘的人剛初學建議是怎麼練習我的肌耐力不夠和腳程與步伐1天至少要揮幾下正拍和反拍而且我想問正拍和反拍只是對空揮還是要有一定的高度-手臂的力量又要怎麼
