我是男性,喜歡運動,因長時運動所以身材OK,但就是覺得胸肌怎練都練不起來,練來,還是停機坪兩座.伏地挺身一次6~70下沒問題.雙手撐地,手肘與手臂約略程90度.手臂和肩膀"之間的肌肉盡量放鬆,肩膀的肌肉不要繃得緊緊的.向下的時候會感覺胸部有被拉開.向上的時候則有一點用胸部的力量將身體彈起,�
