我目前有1組各15KG的啞鈴(可調重量的)之前因為車禍肩膀受傷有一年多都不太敢動到以前伏地挺身可以做標準的好幾十下(快貼地板那種)受傷後曾經試過做幾下結果都還是會刺痛就不敢做了現在已經完全好了!!可以伏地挺身但是下的去上不來....(頂多5下吧)感覺整個爛掉了現在已經好了想重新開始練上半身(
