我想問一下我今年18歲身高172左右體重74公斤左右我的右手肌耐力跟左手比我覺得差有點多...左手也比較沒力我雙手都有肌肉...只是線條不明顯我以前比較胖但是現在肚子還是有游泳圈那請問我一天可以做多少伏地挺身還有仰臥起坐來改變自己的身材呢"在家裡做"我一直想練就好身材但是最大的希��
