小弟才17歲在家的重訓差不多每天做伏地挺身不同姿勢加起來不到一百下仰臥起坐加起來也差不多一百下舉啞鈴也大約20-30磅左右的而已至於跳躍訓練是別人教我做的大約是全力原地上跳20下小腿掂腳跳40下大腿半蹲跳20下至於游泳是因為看到網路上說想練肌肉線條的話可能得靠有氧運動消耗掉一些覆蓋在
