我是一名國三生體重65身高156(我知道這比例很爛-/-我向趁寒假好好訓練體能(項目:1.伏地挺身2.仰臥起坐3.引體向上4.長跑5.交互蹲跳6.開合跳但我不知道要怎麼循序漸進一天要多幾下和時間請各位告訴我還有因為我體重較重手臂也沒什麼肌肉伏地挺身連一下都很困難我必須先練啞鈴嗎?但是又聽說練啞鈴會�
