因為我大腿小腿都很粗(骨頭很大)肉也很多但是手臂上半身整的都超瘦所以我要練肌肉可是因為我的運動只有其腳踏車我發現最近的五公斤全漲到大腿上!!所以現在我要鍛鍊上半身的肌肉同時也要把大腿小腿的肌肉弄掉(真的太大了!)要怎麼做?還有雅玲買什麼的比較好?NIKE只有做到2.3KG而已太輕了另外我還�
