想請問一下,如果"女生"她全身的肉都屬於比較硬也就是說肌肉型的可以做什麼運動減肥呢?勤練瑜珈是否有幫助?有氧舞蹈可以跳嗎?會更增加肌肉嗎?如果瑜珈跟有氧早上練2小時跟晚上練2小時是好還是不好呢?如果血液循環不好的人該怎麼做呢?尤其是下半身...還是有什麼方式可以改善並瘦身呢?請不��
