我每天都會跑至少3000公尺和做仰臥起.扶立挺身.啞鈴.等等ㄉ運動而且只吃少量ㄉ三餐可是其他地方都瘦下來ㄌ肚子卻都沒有消還是有層游泳圈怎麼辦
