背部肌群訓練~20點 - 健身

之前上健身房都是練到胸肌多背肌卻缺乏訓練,造成胸肌過大有點駝背的樣子,我想請問一下有什麼在家能夠訓練背肌的方式,除了啞鈴與門上單槓這兩種以外。1.彈簧棍也能練到背部肌群嗎?2.膝蓋跪床,上半身在床底下做寬版伏地挺身也有辦法練到背肌嗎?請有練過的朋友們幫忙做解答謝謝...Showmore
