胸肌很像很難練喔??我在家健身每天固定!!"標準"伏地挺身12個[標準的喔!!!上網特別查了標準做法!!]一上...緩緩二下大約5秒感覺只有鍛鍊手臂而已!!胸部的肌肉完全沒感覺除此之外我還有舉亞鈴作仰臥起坐但是...作這些運動不會練到胸部的肌肉呀...所以想來問問真正懂的人!來教導我~~~我要胸肌><
