我原本85公斤後來減到73公斤,接著就不斷做運動,只有做伏立挺身.仰臥起坐2種,我最主要是想練胸肌,已經持續4個多月了,幾乎每天做,胸肌線條有比較明顯但是,要怎麼變{大}阿,需要什麼器材嗎?我伏立挺身一次做50下休息40秒在做50下共100下,然後舉10磅啞鈴800下,一次400休息1分鐘在400還要加做什麼嗎?吃的方面�
