我喜歡重訓...一直都有在鍛鍊胸肌,但是發現胸部越練越扁,因為我是女生...這很困擾我...請問各位女金剛,我該如何是好???是練的方法不對嗎?問題是1.還是我該停止胸肌的鍛鍊??2.或該減低重量3.因為背跟胸是對稱的....胸的重量減少後...我又該怎麼調配我背的重量。我問了很多健身同好...但她們是男的
