我做仰臥起坐已經有2-3個禮拜了我是以30下為一套作標準每天大概是150-200下很明顯上面的肌肉變的結實了且線條也有出來可是令我很不解的是肚臍下面的那兩塊依舊是練不起來而且我每次做完之後都覺得怎麼好像只有練到上面腹部那裡一點疲勞感都沒有是我的姿勢錯誤嗎??拜託了各位有沒有好的方法請��
