我現在高1我想要讓自己有點肌肉,不過我還蠻胖的請問一下(1)要先減重在做健身的東西才有效嗎?(2)一天要攝取多少熱量幾大卡才可以瘦下來?(3)一天要作幾次伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐((例如我每天都各做50下,那一天要做幾次))每天都要作嗎?(4)如果坐完隔天肌肉酸酸的,那要休息嗎?要休息多久?還是繼續作?(5)要如
