我是大學生,身高182,體重69,平常有空運動的時間一星期大概2~3天因為其他時間傍晚要上班(週末不一定)請問做什麼運動可以有效上手臂粗壯一點還有練出腹肌呢?一次時間要多久?要幾下?要做幾組?(去健身房除外,可以在家自己做的,跑步也OK因為附近有學校操場)飲食方面因為我都是吃外面所以該如何選擇比��
