除了仰臥起坐還有什麼可以練腹肌嗎??仰臥起坐好像不怎麼好練捏!!以前國小一天仰臥起坐50-100不等...當時腹肌滿明顯..現在大一了..中間這段時間都沒運動...所以腹肌從六塊變一塊(整塊肉啦>"<).....最近想再練出來..除了仰臥起坐有用外..還有啥動作嗎??還有大腿感覺很沒力捏!!打籃球壓低防守一下�
