小弟想練肌肉,不過我自己本身很瘦,加上我又脊椎測灣,身體左半部呈線無力狀態,所以想藉著運動讓血液循環過來左半部,看能不能狀況好一點,我家只有亞鈴,我做伏地挺身,第一下下去手就抖個不停,頂多五下,就手軟了!亞鈴希望有整個圖解,如果沒有就...........。最好是能亞鈴訓練伏地挺身�
