舉啞鈴手變痛,是因為我運動過度了嗎?我每天舉10公斤的啞鈴,左右手20下換一次,大約做100下,中間都沒休息,還有舉完後會使用握力器,也是各壓100下,但最近手脕和手臂會痛,我停止訓練了,但又怕因此剛練出來的肌肉又縮回去,我該如何調整訓練方式,每天都需要做嗎,還是可以休息
