以前聽醫生說過,如果任何發燒或腹瀉體力不支或脫水的話,自己在家先猛灌運動飲料補充電解質會有跟打點滴類似的效果,他們的成分似乎很接近,是這樣嗎?我試過一有感冒症狀,就把舒跑煮開喝熱的,好像~沒有繼續惡化......
