最近1年來發現自己血壓滿高的,隨時都維持160~180____120~140,心跳100~120,但是身體都沒有異狀,也不會不舒服.現在46歲戒菸3年了.請問:1.要不要緊?需要治療嗎?2.日常生活要注意哪些事情?3.日常食物中有哪些是可以降血壓的既經濟又實惠的方式!
