我是男性今年17歲,只是身高沒有說很高,所以之前都不太敢認真練(很怕長不高)現在也發現身長板已經密合所以沒有對長高報太大期望最近每天都在家裡舉5公斤啞鈴(一天1次50共300下有時候500下但是只有一點點累而已)感覺肌肉沒有說很明顯,又擔心舉太重會運動傷害所以想問一下要診麼做才能練的壯碩點...
