看了很多奇摩知識的回答,沒有找到滿意的答案通常舉重練到很重肌肉就會變大,但怎樣才能舉到30公斤以上卻很瘦呢?聽說李小龍可以用單手1隻手指做扶地挺身,也可以用單手鎖住34公斤的啞鈴長達30秒也有人說李小龍先生他的重量訓練是連專業的運動員都很難達到的境界那我很好奇,請問李小龍到底
