除了仰臥起坐之外還有哪些方法??因為仰臥起坐的效果很慢現在無人壓腳(抱頭)每天都做100下如果有人壓可以做到300下不間段(而且前一百下還可以做很快但是在裡面的腹肌外還是裹附著一層肉(裡面ㄉ腹肌還滿節實的但從外面只看的出一點點線條我該怎麼作才練出漂亮的腹肌呢???...Showmore
