我今年國三,172cm,56kg,想在家裡自己練肌肉因為我沒辦法去健身房,可以的話竟量幫我排在可以在家裡訓練的手部肌肉(二頭肌.三頭肌.三角肌..等等)還有胸部(上胸肌.平胸肌.下胸肌..等等)腹部(腹肌.側腹肌..等等)請幫我排出星期幾要練哪裡,一次幾下,幾個單位,多久?可以附圖媽??我不想練鋼硬的那��
