如題要怎嚜消除腰部兩旁贅肉阿做仰臥起坐都做到有六塊肌的形狀ㄌ可是腰兩旁的就是練不到這樣子有點難看每次遊泳課都有點尷尬另外給的建議盡量運動不超過半小時如果長高了腰自然會拉直媽(每天跳100下如果可以的話給個建議一天可以跳幾下)卸卸各位囉
