要減肥又要帶小孩 - 運動

我是個家庭主婦.又要帶小孩.想減肥.但是又沒辦法去跑步做運動.只能再家做一些簡單運動.例如:躺著騎腳踏車.跳繩之類的我早餐正常吃.但是都大約9點左右才會吃.因為吃完時間也晚了.所以中午都不會餓就沒吃東西.晚餐吃燙青菜加一點醬油膏.不然就再多吃一顆蘋果.我都喝白開水.一天喝一千多~兩千CC的�
