各位前輩安!想請問各位依下~目前本人手上有的器材ㄇ型把手(一對)滾輪22P啞鈴一組握力器(很便宜20元那ㄧ種)做仰臥起坐的板子(35~45度中間)請問我能做哪一些訓練??(我的基礎很差~請幫我排一份漸進式的訓練表)還有我想請問做運動的呼吸問題??(出力時是吸氣還是呼氣~)還有阿!!我做仰臥起坐的時候~因為看
