我是男生身高179體重110每個人都說我過重我也減肥過但就事沒效果我不知道我的問題出在哪是否能幫我解答每個禮拜幾乎是天天游泳時間都達到2小時半不然就是去打球至少也一下午不吃宵夜均衡飲食不喝飲料最多只喝無糖綠茶也不吃炸雞那類的食物可是體重還是停在110朋友都說我是胖子界最靈活的胖子
