如題ㄏ==我個人有點微胖==體型壯壯...但也不算胖子...我平常明明有運動...而且消耗熱量很快...早餐午餐晚餐正常吃~不亂吃==但是怎感覺肚子沒啥消...就有點微凸...大腿有點粗==小腿不用說了==蘿蔔腿...屁股有夠大...誰能給我最正確的減肥方法及瘦這些部位的方法???搭配運動跟飲食都ok:)))廣告還是賣產品��
