我練馬步大概只有1個月的時間是因為想變強壯才練的可是每次都蹲不到5分鐘腳就開始痠了要怎樣才能蹲得比較久?是練得不夠久嗎?我每天大約只能抽出一小時的時間來練還有這幾句的意思不太懂身體中正,虛靈頂勁,含胸拔背,沉肩墜肘,鬆腰坐胯要練到這樣才算蹲馬步?...Showmore
