請問各位專家或是減肥成功的人~我每天晚上做100下仰臥起坐&150下左右的跳繩這樣能減肥嗎?那做這些運動會不會長肌肉?小腿長了肌肉是不是就瘦不下來了有沒有什麼預防的方法?有人說貼壁抬腿那樣是有效的嗎?卡路理問題:一般我們在家吃ㄧ頓飯大約多少卡路里?那早餐的鐵板面呢?我還滿喜歡吃麻辣鍋
