之前由於被工作操到整個免疫系統失調導致慢性蕁麻疹每個禮拜都在打類固醇.後來受不了開始上健身房我9/13開始運動到現在體重增加快5公斤從46變成快51kgs我大概每天踩腳踏車10~20公里之後做約40分鐘重量訓練之後再做約40分重伸展有時候踩腳踏車會由有氧或者bodybalance取代我身高163~不知道以女生這樣的
