如題!我身高178cm但體重常在59~60kg打轉!請問除了運動外我可以怎麼做調理?我胃口都還蠻好食量也算多!但都不知道吸收到哪去了==另外我也常做扶地挺身等健身運動但是也沒長肌肉!據說是脾臟不好?我真的在男生裡面算瘦竹干!請問我該怎麼做調理?藥膳?(對了我們家都是素食者!)麻煩解答我的困擾八!感恩!!!!
