請問中間的兩塊腹肌要怎麼練 - 運動

我每天做一組伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐已經持續兩個月了,胸肌跟腹肌都明顯看的出來了,但是最上面兩塊腹肌很明顯比較大,降子看起來中間那兩塊就好像凹進去一樣,請問要怎麼加強訓練中間的腹肌?還有就是我其實也不算胖,肋骨隱約可見,可是肋骨下方的肥肉就是消不掉,請問要做甚麼運動來消除�
