小弟最近想要訓練胸肌腹肌有教學影片可給小弟觀看之類嘛盡量以影片為主用說的好像有點不太懂小弟家有器材但是都不太會使用器材有伏地挺身器材仰臥起坐器材跟啞鈴還有很多人說伏地挺身一天分五組做一組30下但小弟每次20下就會很無力了而且做到第3組好像麻痺沒什麼效果而仰臥起坐我一天作3組1
