我現在是個高三的學生我想要問一下,如何能對我的身體增強體能或增加體力我想要參加憲兵特勤隊但我覺得我的體能應該不夠,請問一下,我要如何才能夠增加體能現在1600M要十分鐘,伏地挺身連續可以40下不停,仰臥起坐40下/分現在我只有做舉啞鈴(5KG)每天左右手30下,快慢跑(快八秒,慢走12秒)人家�
