請問我有結實的腹肌,如何四塊練六塊! - 運動

本人熱愛運動!也沒有特別去練身體各部位的肌肉線條!可能是休假時有在運動吧!一個禮拜一次或兩次運動,大約是三到四個小時..會做一些打球.跑步.騎腳踏車.順便做仰臥起做.伏地挺身..最滿意的部位是腰部及腹部四塊腹肌!還算明顯啦!想說加足馬力循序漸進.把它練到六塊!不知如何自我鍛鍊呢�
