我是男生~~身高177~體重70~BMI22~(很標準)我每天回家都會做體能~伏地挺身x50~啞鈴~x20仰臥起坐x200(起坐100抬腳100)可是小腹都消不下去~我本身很愛吃~但每個周末都會運動~消耗指防~但是!!難看的小腹都消不掉!!吼!!想請大大們幫幫我!!
