內文有點長請各位大大多多包含事情是這樣的我是女生一個星期前因為瘋狂的玩電腦導致我常常忘了吃飯大約一星期我瘦了4公斤我人生中長因為突然吃很少瘦了又復胖只有一次算健康的只是晚餐以綠茶代替而瘦(年輕時新陳代謝好)每次都是被無法拒絕之飯局等等原因給毀了我知道這樣反覆減肥很傷身新�
