應該是從高中之後~我就很少很少有運動的機會所以現在肚子大得像蘿框一樣~呵呵(呃..我應該哭才對==")做仰臥起坐時~不管是在健身房利用機器做還是在家裡做~我都覺得酸的是背~就是腰後兩側~而不是腹部耶我覺得我的姿勢應該沒有不正確啊在健身房裡~我也都按照教練教我的姿勢做(我問過)而在家裡~�
