我的上班時間較長所以無法去健身房PS:也沒錢想變壯一些我太瘦了吃不胖也不壯...想請問一下------------------------------------------------------------------1.早上OR晚上健身??2.健身前or後吃東西??3.吃什麼好??EX:蛋?牛奶?果汁?水?隨便吃??4.是否不能熬夜??5.想練胸肌和有寬廣的肩膀要如何有效的練???---------------------------
