我身高171~57kg~每天都有運動~但唯獨腰部運動~做1~2年了~但腹肌總是4~6塊~如何讓腹肌練到8塊?(在2個月內)而我每天ㄉ腹部運動~都有做把腳放在高50cmㄉ桌子上做扶地挺身跟斜板仰臥起坐或健腹輪~or...人躺著腳抬起離地2cmㄉ抬腿~但偏偏就是只有4~6塊@@..可以把訓練方式跟份量標出來~給我參考好嗎?如果要練到8
