請問我之前腳踝韌帶拉傷,復健後發現爆發力即速度消失如何重訓?目前我是只有坐上半身的重練訓練,不過好像對之前受傷的部位沒有什麼幫助,跳躍立即爆發力下降很多‧之前可以立定抓框現在連助跑摸版都有些困難了請問該怎麼做下半身的重訓呢?
