我想要讓自己柔軟度變好但是卻找不到特定方式拉筋(我柔軟度很差.坐姿體前彎都碰不到零)而且想在這暑假之內站著跟坐姿體前彎姿勢都能碰到腳指想請問各位專業或者拉筋成功的過來人?1.柔軟度很差的話跟脊椎側彎有關係嗎?2.天天拉筋要怎麼拉筋才會進步?3.天天慢跑10分鐘是不是可以增進柔軟度?4.拉��
