我今年23歲身高163體重59現在正在服役運動的話以前一星期約慢跑5次1次3000~5000公尺有時心血來潮會跑到10000公尺(有時慢跑會加重量器)現在一星期大約只跑2~3次左右3000公尺約在13~14分跑完舉啞鈴正常都是舉5kg的而已30~40下為一組,一次做3組(1天大概做9組)啞鈴偶爾會舉10kg的10~15下為一組,一次做3組(1天大概做
